Director of Strategic Business Development
Ross Uhler is the Director of Strategic Business Development at MAK Technologies, where he focuses on long‑term growth initiatives, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships across defense, simulation, and training markets. In this role, Ross works closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to align MAK’s open, modular simulation technologies—including the MAK ONE platform—with evolving operational and mission needs.

Deborah (Deb) Fullford serves as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for MAK. She works across MAK to ensure that successful solutions are provided to the modeling and simulation community.
